Supply Chain Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage full cycle of supply chain activities and logistics
  • Source suppliers
  • Streamline supply chain
  • Control costs
  • Strategic planning
  • Establish relationships with new suppliers
  • Analyze & verify company needs
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Create purchasing policy
  • Ensure compliance with both domestic & international trade requirements
  • Evaluate suppliers
  • Develop relationships with existing suppliers
  • Perform additional duties as needed
  • Follow direction of Deputy Project Management and after Market Sales
  • Adhere to company policies & procedures

 

After Market Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Obtain technical specifications/drawings of vehicles & spare parts
  • Source suppliers (Italy)
  • Request quotes from suppliers
  • Confirm payment of invoices
  • Monitor status of bids
  • Build book of business
  • Prepare collaterals
  • Update & maintain ABI website
  • Follow direction of V.P. Sales & Marketing
  • Perform additional duties as needed
  • Adhere to all organizational policies & procedures
  • Maintain & develop relationships with Italian suppliers
  • Prepare & submit Bids & Proposals
  • Establish relationships with new commercial customers
  • Perform business development activities & new initiatives
