Logistic Support Analyst Engineer

Job Description


Responsibilities/Duties:

Suppliers / Vendors / Service Providers:

- Coordinate and lead supplier contract evaluations with respect to CS&T criteria in coordination with procurement dept.

- Evaluate supplier repair capability to ensure proper airworthiness certification upon entry into service

- Perform CMM review and coordinate the approval process with other departments

 

Tiltrotor Spares & Tools

- Responsible for LSA analysis to define and keep updated maintainability and reliability data including coordination for collecting import/export information

- Working with Sr. Service Engineer to manage and update database for spare parts  

- Manage, collect, and maintain the data required for Recommended IPL Spares and Tools lists

- Working with EIS Mgr and Sr. Service Engineer to coordinate and track maintenance tools development, including tools validations  

- Coordinate with Materials Planning to track order and delivery of spares and tool orders

 

Entry Into Service/ Customer Support:

- Maintain plan and database of IPL spares, tools, and GSE required at customer or other remote maintenance locations

- Working with EIS Mgr and Sr. Service Engineer, support Tiltrotor fleet and customer in all technical matters as required

- Working with EIS and PSE team, provide a superior level of customer service to ensure success of the AW609 EIS 

- Working in conjunction with Service Engineers on the Technical Publication validation process

 

Interface with:

- Procurement Department and directly Vendors for suppliers contracts, CMM and LSA data

- Design Organization for maintenance concept development and maintainability/reliability data collection and CMM approvals  

- Material Management dept.

- Other Customer Support functions as required for the different activities

- Customer as required for the areas of responsibility 

 

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Support related roles
  • At least 2 years experience in Logistic Support Analysis and Spare Parts management role
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or Aviation Management desirable
  • Strong Customer Service values
  • Available for domestic and international travel
  • Direct and professional communication, team and collaborative working principles,  
  • Multi-cultural awareness
  • Good presentation skills
