Job Description

Job Role:
  • Responsible for sell-out analyses and reporting, sales KPI setting, monitoring and follow up of trade marketing, sales and promotional activities
  • Support to Company sales and trade marketing strategy in US
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement US marketing and trade analyses and reports by category, channel, store format, customer and geographical area ensuring consistency with local and HQ strategy (manage the entire Nielsen database in-house)
  • Tracking and monitoring of APAR and other sales KPIs
  • Identify main market trends and dynamics and successfully implement a focused customer strategy and segmentation
  • Identify opportunities and set priority actions per customer, based on impact on sales, affordability and consistency with overall strategy
  • Set and monitor KPIs for each action and constantly follow up with sales and management
  • Constantly monitor product assortment by banners with particular focus on hero SKUs and more profitable SKUs
  • Contribute create customized and compelling sales and trade presentations for all customer meetings
  • Interface with sales team to deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with them during negotiation with customers
  • Communicate with Marketing HQ to ensure proper execution on various projects
Priorities:
  • Monitor and analyze sell-out data, recommend implementation of sales and promotional activities, set and monitor KPIs on the activities, follow up with sales and marketing.
  • 80% of the time spent working with the sales team and Customer Business Plan
